Refund policy
We want you to love every KACHG piece.
If something isn’t right, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Email us at info@kachg.com with your order number and photos of the item.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Note: Our fulfillment and return address is located in Southern Europe.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and your order number, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
