Where do you ship from?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our within Europe.

Every item is checked, packed, and sent with care before it makes its way to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To start a return, email info@kachg.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and MobilePay (in Denmark).

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our European facilities.

Processing time: 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.

We don’t ship on weekends.

Please note: during holidays or sale periods, processing may take a little longer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and demand.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days after shipping, contact us at info@kachg.com and we’ll make sure it’s resolved.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

All listed prices include VAT.

No extra customs duties or import fees will be charged upon delivery.

How do I return an item?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately at info@kachg.com with photos and your order number.

We’ll fix it fast, no stress, no long forms.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please allow a few extra days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transfer.
